Wednesday evening 26th of June: After the disappointment of having to cancel two previous trips due to bad weather there has been a third date arranged. A conducted tour explaining the history of the site. Meet at 18:30 at the entrance to the quarry ( on The Bangor Road out of Penmaenmawr) Tickets £5, proceeds towards The Welsh national Eisteddfod, Llanrwst. Conwy Food Bank urgently needs supplies of the items listed below.
You can leave them in the tub just inside the door at Seion Chapel, Rowen.
The Chapel is open seven days a week, 9am to 5pm.
Chapel helpers will take the food to the Food Bank HQ in Colwyn Bay.
No fresh food
No dented cans
No out of date food. This cannot be used by the Food Bank, and has to be dumped.
